• If the violation is confirmed, the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken, which may range from warnings and additional training to the ending of the employment or business contract, depending on the severity of the violation.
• In the event of severe violations, Tectona Production, Inc. will fully cooperate with the competent authorities and is committed to reporting the incident in a transparent and timely manner.
